ESH Objectives for 2008 • Identify risks/threats to technology based upon existing ESH tables • Complete data assessments for priority risks/threats • Defocus (for 2008) less important technology requirements • Continue interactive scan with technical thrusts for high risks • Establish link between ITRS and Industry Policy Forum • Began 2009 work as soon as possible

  5. ESH Goals for 2009 • Implement ESH Material Readiness Requirements • Improve Clarity of ESH Narratives and Explanations • Add ESH Metrology Requirements and References • Rework “Scope” of ESH
