  3. Materials & Methods • 3 yearly questionaires • Part of annual health questionaires • > 25000 workers • (Not included typical risk groups such as CAD and data entry.)

  4. Materials & Methods 2 • Subjective symptoms • Headace, eyestrain, stiff shoulders, fatigue, etc • Sleep disorders • Disorders in initiating sleep, sleep interruptions etc • Mental symptoms • Anxiety, not getting along with colleges, depression etc

  5. Results • Physical symptoms score elevated with incrased duration of daily VDT use. (No treshold effect.) • Mental and sleep related symptoms significantly higher when more than 5 hours VDT use per day.
