  7. Who created the light bulb? Why? • Thomas Alva Edison created the first light bulb in 1879 . • To provide light in a dark room.

  8. What does it do? • The light bulb provides light to a room or place or street. • Two filaments powering up together and making an electrical charge which makes a spark and turns on the light.

  9. How did it effect the Industrial Revolution? • It made people not need candles and oil lamps as much. • It lead to the invention of the refrigerator and the toaster.
