BUT PROBLEMS AHEAD: • 1) NREN (National research and Education Network) Important to properly organise and evaluate the NRENs • 2) DEVELOPMENT: Important to ensure the management and the evolution of NRENs • 3) CAPACITY-BUILDING: to improve the human capacity-building … • 4) COST: to support operators in order to ensure to go to Low Price/High Volume … • 5) CONNECTION: linking NREN in terms of dark fibre, wavelengths and data capacity • 6) LAST BUT NOT LEAST: To get interested the academic community to the ICT as this community is not familiar with ICT. In addition to the AfricaConnect project, it is necessary to offer this academic community to improve its use of ICT (Ivory Coast)
