  2. Grew up in Wayzata and graduated from WHS in 1983 Attended UCSB for college and graduate school 1983-1988. M.A. from St. Thomas 1996 Plymouth Creek, my second home for the last 20 years 2 kids: Hays, 11th grade @ WHS & Zoe, 8th grade @ FAIR School Breast cancer survivor All About Me

  3. Class Expectations • In 4th grade we want to learn, make friends, have fun, and try new things. • We’re going to do our best to take care of ourselves, others, property, and community. • Show Panther Pride!

  4. Homework • Assignment Notebook-please sign daily • Optional 1 ½ in. binder can be used • Daily • Math studylink (family letter before each unit) • Reading (minimum of 20 min. per day) • Weekly • Spelling Contracts (see sample) • Special Projects

  5. Particulars of Our Class • Healthy Snack in afternoon • Water bottle with no-spill top • Thursday Envelopes - PC ENews • Scholastic Book orders online • Birthdays-no food treats or prizes • Featured Student each week

  6. Field Trips • Valentine’s Day - Ice Skating @ PIC • Bakken Museum – Feb. 26th or 27th • Lowry Nature Center – late in May • End of the year Picnic at French Park -last week of school in June
