Pace-I Program Status • iStrategyStatus 11/6/2011 • Completed Priorities • Created a process and cube to house historical census data • Created a Census snapshot for Fall 2011 • Dundas – Decided on new dashboard software solution • Created historical Census reports (same report produced by OPAIR) • Create a customization to address graduate offered applicants • Worked with Enrollment Management and Budget to validate Financial Aid and Tuition Revenue data • Created a Financial Aid report that includes headcount, gross tuition revenue, net revenue, and discount rate • Migrated and enhanced BB process to new BB servers • Added DimPending to the BB process • Created a customization to group and order students grades in Student Term • Added Degree field to drilldown Action • Original Major dimension; completed development; testing ongoing • Honor student dimension; completed development; testing ongoing • Added BB test scores into Student Term; testing ongoing • Next Steps • Design Improvements to User Interface and Executive Dashboard • Manage the Data Validation Tasks • Continue to develop next Priority (President) Metrics into Data Warehouse and Dashboard • Financial Aid Module Implementation: • Requirements Development • Gap Analysis Office of the CIO
