  1. BSA Troop 55High Adventure Scuba Diving Crew Goal – HA scouts working together to achieve scuba diving knowledge, safety skills, confidence, and Open Water Certification. When – 4 days over 2 weekends classroom/pool sessions April 21 & 22 certification dives May 26 & 27 with camping How much - $300 includes scuba training, food, camping & lake passes, & transportation $139 or $159 mask, fins, snorkel, boots packages What is needed to start - $50 deposit and completed medical and liability forms (medical form may required a doctors exam) Request the PADI liability, medical, and troop forms be completed and submitted along with your $300 for scuba certification training by 14 March 2007.  For those scouts requiring additional time for a doctor’s checkup and approval per the medical form, please send an e-mail with scheduled appointment date to Mr. Smith at rsmith186@cox.netPADI liability and medical forms are available at the meetings and on the Troop 55 web site.
