SPONSORAGREEMENT Eachsponsorcommitmentwillbefollowedupwithwrittennotificationofthe sponsorshippackageelementsandagreedtoprice.Sponsorwillberequiredtoemail backtoDFWIMArepresentativewithconfirmationofacceptanceandagreementof terms,elementsandprice. CANCELLATIONPOLICY DFWIMASponsorshipCancellationPolicyisthatallPresenting/ExecutiveLevel Sponsorshipsforalleventsarenon-cancellable.Ifchangesarerequested,DFWIMA willmakeefforttomodifysponsorshippackagetoaccommodatesponsor'sneeds, however,sponsorwillbecommittedtooverallfinancialcommitmentwithinthegiven originaltimecommitmentagreedto.
