The Crime • Uma Opee was found dead on October 19th at 07:45 a.m. • She was last seen alive the day before at approximately 5:10 p.m. when she left work. • She was found tied by her arms and legs, mouth stuffed with a piece of cloth and stabbed multiple times. • The body showed signs of struggle and DNA from the defendant was retrieved from the victims fingernails.

The Crime • Stu Dents was seen leaving his apartment and entering the victim’s apartment when she was no there. • Illegal drugs found at the victim’s apartment matched the illegal drugs found at the defendant’s apartment. • Evidence of stalking/ obsession with the victim was found at the defendant’s apartment. • Toxicology report showed the victim was not under the influence of illegal narcotics at the time of her death. • Stu Dents assaulted the officer claimed officer was an alien..
