May 31 MMWG Meeting • Measure B-3: Field Performance • Billing Success Rate measure eliminated • Will include ERCOT service availability • Monthly DNP reporting incorporated • TDSPs will report on: Move-Ins, Priority Move-Ins, Move-Outs, Disconnects, Reconnects, Same-day Reconnects, Meter Re-Reads and Off-Cycle Reads • Also included Estimates for Reasons Other then Denial of Access • Market recommended this be removed and handled with RMS report instead • Staff agreed to reconsider
