  3. INQUIRY LETTER Demand letter is a letter from the prospective buyer to the seller that it requested information about the products offered.

  4. Letter of inquiry is required in the trade that requires formal legal procedures in writing. Letter of inquiry is often an early stage of the process of business transactions. By mail inquiry asking prospective buyers or to request information about goods or services to be bought. In reaction, the seller describes the things that we want to know the buyer, the buyer places an order and the end of the transaction as a top business buying and selling process.
