Formatting your paper in MLA style can be straightforward with the right steps. Start by centering the title of your paper. Adjust the "normal" style by modifying the spacing to 0 pt after and double line spacing. Ensure the header appears only on the second page. To add page numbers, go to the Insert tab, click on "Page Number," and select the appropriate option. Finally, remember to indent your paragraphs by hitting the tab key. Follow these instructions for a perfectly formatted MLA paper.
