  5. Balance • Ability to maintain your muscle and joint strength to keep your posture upright. • Test: Stork Stand

  6. Muscular Endurance • Ability to work a muscle or muscles for a long period of time. • Test: Sit ups, Push ups,

  7. Flexibility • Range of motion available in a joint. • Test: Sit and Reach

  8. Muscular Strength • Strength refers to a muscles ability to gain force against physical objects. • Test: Hand Grip test

  9. Coordination • Ability of the body to move in a controlled way using hand eye co-ordination. • Test: Hand Wall Toss
