    1. TERMINATION OF LIFE SUPPORT Dr Ariff bin Osman

    2. 30 year old lady, involved in a motor vehicle accident (MVA) and sustained severe head injury. On arrival to A&E, her Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) was 8/15. Cerebral protection was done in ICU for 24 hours Subsequently her GCS dropped to 3/15. She was confirmed brain dead 24 hours later after clinical brain stem testing was done. Her EEG looked like sleep pattern. Now, is she dead or still alive?
