New Production SVC Code Table Creation

This project aims to create a new SVC Code table for the New Production (MC Division) in the <GSFS.View> system. The table will cover Wearable Band, Tablet, and Bluetooth devices, with columns for Primary Symptom I, Primary Symptom II, and Primary Defect. Repair codes will align with mobile codes.
