Membership reporting • Easiest using Member Access • New member admission form should clearly provide date of joining and contact telephone number of new member • Member termination form should clearly provide the effective date membership has been terminated. • Incoming club officer data should be notified to RI by 31 December every year for accurate listing in the RI Official Directory.

Rotary Marks • Importance of protecting the marks • Use of the name “Rotary” + further qualifier (name of the club, district or Rotary entity) • Emblem cannot be altered • Applies to all projects, websites and other electronic media • Rotary name and emblem usage resources • No abbreviations of the Rotary name in projects
