  2. 前期策劃 1.多方參詳，軟件/ 硬件/ 人件的準備 2.好的開始，不能成功一半，亦可減 少一半煩惱

  3. 我們的目的何在？ 思考方向: 1. 科目伙伴合作 2. 學校日常行政之需要 3. 整體課程整合 4. 可持續發展

  4. 策劃過程 • 籌備委員會(主導人物要有足夠經驗/能力/ 興趣及權力) 2. 財政安排：學校行政餘款 / QEF / 專項捐獻/ 資訊科技年度綜合津貼) 3. 規模的決定(全校還是局部?電視台空間的位置的決定，要小心決定)  

  5. 策劃過程(續) 4. 制式的決定[電視廣播制式(RF 電視天線) / 數碼制式(網絡式廣播) / 高清?] 甲、發出招標簡報邀請 乙、衡量檢視學校已有基礎 5. 財力計算，決定招標規模 6. 招標委員會 7. 工程監督 / 資源調配 / 學校工程時間的配合 / 工程接收與測試 / 訓練與保養

  6. 接收與廣播 • Capture Points - 電視機 - 電視卡/ 電視盒 - 大電視/ 直出投映機(RGB / VIDEO / SOUND CABLE)

  7. 電視台的實際運作 1. 電視台小組的成立 2. 常見問題： - 訊號衰減 - 投映機放大微粒與電視機接收的差異 - 電腦聲音與影像之配合 3. 首兩次廣播後的檢討 4. 廣播時間表的制定(恒常運作)

  8. 有意義的學習 觀點﹕資訊科技讓學生能 主動學習（active） 建構學習（constructive） 意圖學習（intentional） 真實學習（authentic） 合作學習（cooperative）（Jonassen, Howland, Moore, & Marra, 2003; Jonassen, Peck, & Wilson, 1999）
