Constitution of EHRC

This document presents a proposal for a new constitution for the EHRC, introduced by Jos Buiting.   4. What is changing? Not changing Name, Aims, Membership Proposed Changes: Same set up as WHFF Terms of Secretary General 2 to 4 years Replace President by Chairman person nominated by Committee to be appointed by GA As Chairman of Committee & GA

  5. When / How? Proposal to General Assembly in Sweden 2011 If accepted can implement from that day Additional considerations: Frequency of meetings: GA EHRC from 2 to 4 years ? …. Like WHFF? Secretary meeting from 2 to 4 years? European show / competition will stay every 2 years
