To be motivated, have good hygiene, levelled personality- grounded and have a good sense of humour. WHAT INTERESTS DO YOU HAVE? AND WHAT ONES ARE INVOLLED IN YOUR WORK? Sports/Hunting/Reading. Traveling and you get to see and taste food from all around the world. WHAT SCHOOL SUBJECTS WOULD HELP ME TO BECOME A PASTRY CHEF? English, Geography, Economics, Maths to a degree, History a touch. DID YOU NEED ANYOTHER TYPES OF EDUCATION OTHER THAN SCHOOL? Polytech for cook, a Hospitality course, tourism. Kitchen work. WHAT BENEFITS HAS THIS JOBS GIVEN YOU? Security-job there is always a shortageof good chefs’

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO BECOME A CHEF? 2 ½ years of courses and working at the same time. WHY DID YOU WANT TO BECOME A CHEF? So I could travel and see different country’s and taste new and different types of food. IF YOU WEREN’T A CHEF WHAT WOULD YOU WANT TO BE? I would want to be a Travel Guide a Hunter or a Soldier. HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO BECOME A CHEF? 2 ½ years of courses and working at the same time. WHY DID YOU WANT TO BECOME A CHEF?   6. CAKE BOSS On the food channel there’s a programme called CAKE BOSS that’s exactly what I want to do.

  7. MY GOALS • I’m wanting to open my own cake shop and school to teach kids to bake. • Other one of my goals are to be able to bake cakes just like this or even better ones.
