This project focuses on motivating students at Realschule Hohenstein by bridging the gap between education and the workforce. With a commitment to fostering lifelong learning, we aim to equip our pupils with the necessary skills and perspectives for their future careers. The program includes career exploration, teamwork, etiquette training, and interviews with professionals. By collaborating with local businesses and providing access to training courses, we help students discover their strengths and make informed plans for their professional paths.
