What were they? • Describe your experiences with your name. Liann Joy McCreery My parents gave me my name and they decided that they like the sound of it. I wasn’t named after anyone. My father’s mom was heard to say: “That’s not a biblical name” –This tells you a lot right there! McCreery means-son of the heart King in ancient Scotland. And I am not related to American Idol winner Scotty McCreery.
