What if when I grow up I am a/an… • Pick a profession out of the basket. • In regard to your chosen profession, you will research the following: • What training/education is involved? • Where does the training/education take place? • Where will you work? • How much will you earn? (You will keep track of monthly expenses and budget) • What does your daily routine look like? ( how many hours a day do you clock?) • What other professions do you work closely with? • How long is your annual holiday vacation? • If you had a child how much time do you get for maternity leave (men and women)?

Activities • Create a Power Point or Prezi that will organize your research information • Create a business card using Microsoft Publisher • Create a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and go to a mock interview • Attend a professional soirée where you will mingle, network, talk about yourself, and exchange business cards
