    2This story was published on the MMSpark Ezine last week but the images were rather small so here is a video for easier understanding

    3Trying to find the phone number of a new contact recently I thought I’d look her up on Facebook

    4I couldn’t remember her website and had got her business name wrong

    5Unfortunately she’d made the common Facebook mistake (or oversight?) of not linking her business to her personal profile so all that came up was a blank page
