The Strategic Management and Development Program (SMDP), initiated in the Archdiocese in 2009, focused on enhancing the operational capabilities of selected elementary schools. With funding from school contributions and the Legacy for Our Mission campaign, the program provided four years of intensive consulting through Catholic School Management, Inc. (CSM). It aimed to improve enrollment, communication, and school image in a competitive environment, engaging pastors, teachers, and parents in collaborative planning. The program resulted in strengthened school development initiatives and enhanced community involvement.
