Country: PHILIPPINES Key focus areas (Top 5 priorities) to achieve 2013 budgets • TOP KEY PERFORMANCE DRIVERS: • Focus on three major projects GLNG (Bechtel),BOILER (BHPI), LPG mounded tanks (Pryce), This will serve as major growth driver in 2013 • Leverage the region’s best practice by reaching ISM (International Spec Mgt) to assist Jotun as approved suppliers for major project, adapt winning formula in the Philippine set-up • Increase site visibility, for project maintenance program ( TSS assistance)- Masbate Gold mine, Semirara mine, Pryce tank farms (Visayas & Mindanao). • Generate a minimum of Php 1M / month from minor customer ( Semirara, Alincor, Dmci power, Desco, Tesco) • Conduct product demo, new customer ( with incoming projects) - CME, Roos, Megapipe,
