KEY SKILLS CERTIFICATION CEDIT RESEARCH Project :K – Competencies http://www.ifoa.it/manpower-kcom/home.htm The K-COMPETENCIES Project want to: • promote the access and the integration of the LifeLong Learning, through the definition of standard models for the new Key Skills • and develop shared instruments and vocational trainings. COMPARED ANALYSIS - phase 1 • Definition of basic standard models for new and traditional European Countries • Compared analysis, within the larger Europe, of guidances methods and Community and country models about the Key Skills • Definition of Key Skills standard basic models, including the community and national instructions (top-down approach) • Definition of the thematic areas about the Key Skills Arbroath - Scotland 31th May- 01st June 2010

  5. PRELIMINARY SURVEY – phase 2 • Key skills needs analisys • Survey of skills needs realized on a sample of 274 people: employees, unemployed people, students • Data processing and map creation with the results about the key skills needs noticed Arbroath - Scotland 31th May- 01st June 2010

  6. PRODUCTS – phase 3 • Vocational training plan developing: European Catalogue for the new Key Skills • Definition of the noticed 5 skills areas • Planning the 15 subjects contents, inclusive the obtained Key skills • Assessment tests realization Arbroath - Scotland 31th May- 01st June 2010

  7. PRODUCTS – phase 4 • Creation of the specific software for the Key Skills analysis • Planning and creation of the software • Entering the software with the assessment tests about the 15 subject Arbroath - Scotland 31th May- 01st June 2010

  8. SHARING – phase 5 • System achievement for the Partners organization products • Gathering of the subjects in the European Catalogue for the new Key Skills • Products introduction in the vocational training activities of the Partners organizations Arbroath - Scotland 31th May- 01st June 2010
