Calling all middle school students with a passion for writing! The Rose Theatre invites you to enter the Young Playwrights for Change Competition. Submit your 10-minute plays centered on the theme of bullying by January 13th, 2014. Every participant receives free tickets to the Young Playwrights Festival, and the grand prize includes a production of your play and entry into a national competition in Washington, D.C.! Regional Playwriting Contest for Middle School Students The Rose Theatre is looking for 10 minute plays, about the subject of bullying! Everyone who enters receives free tickets to The Young Playwrights Festival at The Rose! One grand prize winner receives a production of their play in The Young Playwrights Festival and entry into the national competition (with a chance to go to Washington, D.C.)! TEACHERS:The class that submits the most entries wins a free playwriting workshop with award-winning playwright, Brian Guehring.
