  2. Showing agent enters their notification preferences for follow-up. These choices are “sticky” for future appointments.

  3. Both black-out times (no appts allowed) and gray-out times (appts not recommended) will have configurable future time windows and messages for each office.

  4. Showing Instructions appear here now. The appointment can state it IS confirmed or it is NOT confirmed by default, depending on setup. Friendly dog in house

  6. ‘Assume Confirmed Appointment’. An appointment grid appears for a date and time, but no further confirmation needed.
