RTF Project Updates • Domestic Heating Fuel Choice Study • No follow up meeting since July RTF • Northwest Research Group • Meets August 31, 2011 @ NEEA • GSHP Measures (ASHP to GSHP; FAF to GSHP) • No meeting of sub-committee expected • 100% capacity at 25 F UES • Question if it should be scheduled for August 30

RTF Project Updates • Residential Weatherization Specifications • 15 responders • Five comments were from consumer owned utilities • Three were from various efficiency contractors • Two comments from separate regional utility consortiums • One national laboratory, one regional utility energy supplier • Three requested additional time for comments • Four provided line by line edits to the technical specifications • One provided behavioral efficiency measure recommendations • One requested delay in adoption to October • One requested indefinite delay in adoption
