Implementation of Additional Recommendations • Section 309(d)(10): • A state’s plan must include for implementation of all other recommendations (other than the ones modeled by WRAP) in the GCVTC report that can be practicably included…, to make reasonable progress in the 16 Class I areas. The state must provide a progress report regarding development and implementation of such recommendations to EPA in 2003, 2008, 2013, and 2018.

  4. Periodic Implementation Plan Revisions • Section 309(d)(10): • States must submit periodic reports in 2008, 2013, and 2018. Reports are to include assessment of GCVTC recommendations, emissions, visibility conditions, and monitoring strategy.

  5. 40 CFR 309 (d)(10)Periodic SIP Revisions • Template Issues and Status: • (d)(10) requires SIP revisions be submitted in 2008, 2013, and 2018; however, (d)(10)(ii)(D) provides states an extra year if “no progress” assessment shows sources within the state are the cause and (ii)(B) does not indicate any submittal deadline if the state needs to work w/other regional planning states to address the problems • Question included in letter to EPA
