  3. This session covers real-life examples of halFILE installations showing how problems can be solved with some creativity and design

  4. Southern National BankHouston, Texas Problem: Implement imaging for loan documents, integrate with current loan application system, and replace current document tracking system. Solution: Use halFILE to store credit and collateral documents, developing databases that include necessary expiration information and utilize lookups / flow features to reduce duplicate data.

Solution: Develop a report manager to extract halFILE information for exception reporting and to print expiration notices based on expiration date and document “lead times”.

Step 4: Clerk searches for any documents with status of ‘2’ and processes those documents and sets status to ‘3’. Step 5: Processed documents are archived.
