With extensive work experience in the constructions & power sector in wide range of management fields like Project Management, Construction Management, Business development, Business strategies, Corporate communications, Vaibhav has travelled to many European, African and Asian countries. • He was instrumental in formation of international Joint Venture, company acquisition, strategic investment deals. • Construction Sector:Experience includes development of self contained township (about 50 buildings) and amenity building such as Club house, Swimming Pool, WTP, STP, VIP Guest house, mini stadium complex, Tech. training centre and so on. • Power Sector: Civil works at 2 x 250 MW Dahanu, 7.5 MW waste heat recovery plant of Monnet Ispat, Raipur, 2 x250 MW BOP of Tau Devilal unit 7 & 8 at Panipat, Haryana. • Significant Contributions: • Technological due diligence for Strategic investment in US based Solar company. • Technology transfer agreement with Chinese Co. for manufacturing HV electrical equipment's. • Technology transfer agreement with a German Company for manufacturing Wind Energy turbines • Closing the deal for purchase of Wind Turbines with a German Company. • Preparing Semiconductor policy application including DPR to Ministry of Communications & IT • JV with a South African Company for manufacture of Transformers • Vaibhav is Life member of PMA, India (Indian Member of IPMA, Switzerland). He is mentor with Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust (Part of CII), Pune Chapter.

  7. …Our Strong Pillars Sudhir Garde B.E. Electrical, PGD- Business Management Mr. Garde brings more than 40 years rich experience in the Power sector. He has been dealing with various aspects of Project Management, business development & Engineering for Co-generation, Biomass/Biogas, Hydro-electric, solar energy, wind energy based power plants, Captive power plants as well as industrial projects. He has worked with NTPC, Kirloskar, Western Paques and has done range of assignments for prestigious organization like Areva, Thermax, KIRLOSKAR Group, HDIL group, Patni Computers etc. Mr. Garde is highly proficient in conducting Feasibility study for thermal power projects, cogeneration, captive power plants and industrial projects.He has been instrumental in carrying out all stages for commissioning of 3x200 MW + 3x500 MW of Ramagundam Super Thermal Power. Mr Garde’s contribution in power generation from Biogas is noteworthy. He has designed, engineered, installed, tested and commissioned biogas fired power generating sets at Warananagar, Sangamner, in Maharashtra and Bazpur in Uttar Pradesh. Exim • Aniruddha has more than 19 years experience in handling civil works of GAS and COAL fired Thermal power plants. • The power plants he worked for are as below:- • 46 MW Coal Based Power Plant, 2 x 60MW Reject Coal Based Power Plant, Chandrapur., 4 x 135 MW Coal Based Power Plant, Warora, Chandrapur. • 2 x 300 MW Coal Based Power Plant, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.165 MW Gas Based Plant, Cochin, 2 x 300 MW Coal Based Power Plant, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.165 MW Gas Based Plant, Cochin, Kerala & 2 x 250 MW Coal Based Power Plant, Dahanu Road, M.S. • Aniruddha has played instrumental role in Land acquisition of EMCO Warora plant .
