The Morehead City Pedestrian Plan aims to create a safer and more enjoyable walking environment for all. This initiative involves the formation of a steering committee, public engagement through surveys and open houses, and a collaborative effort with the community and partners. We will identify current pedestrian issues, set achievable goals, and develop comprehensive recommendations for future projects, policies, and programs. Join us in prioritizing pedestrian-friendly improvements that enhance connectivity, safety, and accessibility for residents and visitors alike.
