  1. The Crucible- Writing Prompt Write a 1 page reflection on a time where you have been falsely accused of something by a friend, family member, teacher, principal, boss etc. How did you feel? Did you feel indignant? How would you feel if in today’s time when you were falsely accused of things you were executed or blacklisted like the Salem Witch Trials or the McCarthy Trials. Reflect on this scenario and think of how accusing someone of something today is different or similar to accusing someone of something in these two eras. Is there anything today that if someone is accused of (falsely or proven) will have similar “high stake” repercussions like to two events we have discussed? As you write attempt to incorporate some of the vocabulary we discussed today.
