  1. EJERCICIOS ECONOMÍA PUNTO MUERTO O UMBRAL DE RENTABILIDAD

  2. ENUNCIADO DEL PROBLEMA • UN EMPRESARIO MONTA UN BAR. LOS GASTOS FIJOS DEL LOCAL ASCIENDEN A 2500 EUROS. OTROS GASTOS FIJOS EN MATERIA DE IMPUESTOS A 500 EUROS. SI CADA BEBIDA LE CUESTA UN PROMEDIO DE 1 EURO Y LAS VENDE A UN PROMEDIO DE 4 EUROS. CALCULAR UMBRAL DE RENTABILIDAD, REPRESENTARLO GRÁFICAMENTE Y HALLAR SUS BENEFICIOS O PÉRDIDAS CASO DE QUE VENDIERA 1200 BEBIDAS.

  3. PASO Nº 1 • CALCULAMOS PUNTO MUERTO. • PONER LA FÓRMULA • C FIJOS / PRECIO – COSTES VARIABLES MEDIOS • SUSTITUIR POR LOS DATOS • 2500 + 500 = 3000 EUROS • PRECIO 4 – 1 COSTES VARIABLES MEDIOS • 3000/4-1; 3000/3 = 1000 BEBIDAS. • OJO LA SOLUCIÓN SE DA EN ARTÍCULOS AVENDER, NO EN EUROS.

PASO Nº 2 • SE COMPRUEBA QUE LA SOLUCIÓN CUMPLE LA SIGUIENTES ECUACIONES: • INGRESOS = COSTE TOTAL • BENEFICIO = 0 • EN ESTE CASO SERÍA: • 1000 BEBIDAS * 4 EUROS PRECIO AL QUE LAS VENDEN = 4000 EUROS DE INGRESOS • COSTE TOTAL. COSTES FIJOS 3000 + (1000*1 EURO AL QUE COMPRA CADA BEBIDA)= 4000 EUROS.

  5. PASO Nº 3 • REPRESENTAMOS LA GRÁFICA:

  6. PASO Nº 4 • SI SE VENDIERAN 1200 BOTELLAS SE CALCULARÍA ASÍ: • 1200 BOTELLAS A 4 EUROS CADA UNA • 1200 * 4 = 4800 EUROS. • COSTES TOTALES • 3000 + 1200 = 4200 EUROS. • (1200 BOTELLAS QUE LE CUESTAN 1 EURO) • 4800 – 4200 = 600 EUROS DE GANANCIA
