  2. Case History • 45 - years – old man • Family History positive for CAD • No cardiovascularriskfactors • Healthyasymptomaticmaratonrunner • Physicalexaminationunremarkable • Goodphysical fitness with 60/ml/kg of VO2max • Regular Training (80-90 Km/week) • Previous sport medicalevaluationnormal
