Required 3 admission in last 2 years. - Hypo pigmented patches over skin. - Light hairs since birth. - History of photosensitivity. - Born to non - consanguineous parents. O/E - Febrile, Toxic look, Pallor, Cervical & Axillarylymhadenopathy P/A - Firm hepatomegaly, Massive splenomegaly, CNS - Irritable, Brisk DeepTendon Reflexes, Plantar Extensor Fundus – early Papilloedema
