Aims • develop & pilot an OLS to support a WOA to enhance learning experience • nominate and train e-Support T2G staff • train staff to use a new electronic CRM system • create generic online content for an ‘OCOV’ approach • promote the use of Web2.0 technologies • develop online writing/numeracy skills assessment to improve outcomes of initial assessment • Embed online SfL initial assessment for all T2G learners
How will the learning tools and resources be used to enhance teaching & learning? We will: • design and develop a pedagogical OLS with generic online content for staff and T2G learners • train staff in the pedagogical approaches of harnessing technology to support learners • improve the quality and delivery of SfL initial assessment by developing online activities
How will the topic be researched? We will: • agree on generic Marketing information • identify training needs of the eSupport team • identify generic learning and support material • identify resources for sharing and re-purposing • agree which resources need to be electronically repurposed
