  2. Why a Parent Portal? • A Service to Parents and Guardians • Provides Real Time Information • Dynamic Access to Student Schedules, Attendance, and Grades.

  3. Parent Portal - Login

  4. Obtaining a Login • Only one (1) login will be issued per family.  • If you have more than one student attending Richland School District One, you will have one (1) login for each student.  • If you wish to change your password, you must contact the school your child attends. • Contact the school concerning any problems. 

  5. What Parents Can View

  6. Grades and Attendance Screen Schedule and Teacher The schedule (classes and teacher) are shown. Click on the teacher’s name to send an e-mail.

  7. Grades and Attendance Screen Grades Current grades are shown to the right of the class. Click on a blue grade to see a listing of the individual assignments and scores that make up the grade. Click the Back button to return.

  8. Grades and Attendance Screen Your school may be using standards grades for your students. If so, click the Standards Grades Tab.

  9. Grade History Screen Click on the % link to see the Class Score Detail

  10. Class Score Detail Due Date of Assignment Type of Assignment

  11. Class Score Detail Name of Assignment and Details (if available) Score , Percent & Grade

  12. Attendance History Screen View your child’s Attendance Record for current term.

  13. Attendance History Screen The bottom legend shows Attendance Codes and their meanings.

  14. Email Notification Screen Email Notifications Receive information about your child’s grades, attendance, and assignment grades.

  16. Teacher Comments Screen Teacher Comments View comments from your child’s teacher.

  17. School Bulletin Screen School Bulletin Currently Not Used.

  18. Class Registration Screen Class Registration Currently Not Used.

  19. My Calendars Screen My Calendars My calendars requires an application which supports the vCalendar standard. Users will have to subscribe to iCalShare to get the application that supports the vCalendar standard.
