The Impact of HBO and Visfatin on Cell Viability and TNF-α Levels in Controlled Experiments

This study explores the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment and visfatin on cell viability, as measured by the MTT assay, and their interaction with TNF-α levels over a 6-hour duration. Supplementary Figure 4 illustrates the cellular counts and optical density (OD) measurements for controls, TNF-α treatments, and HBO with visfatin interventions. The findings provide insights into the potential therapeutic benefits of HBO and visfatin in modulating inflammatory responses and enhancing cell survival in vitro.
