  6. Hydrogeologic Review • Phase I • An evaluation of the Published and Unpublished Information that is available for the area. • Phase II • A detailed evaluation of the distribution and properties of the earth materials underlying the site and the groundwater conditions beneath the site.

  7. Hydrogeologic Review • Phase III • Design and Installation of a groundwater monitoring network at the site. • Phase IV • Evaluation of the groundwater quality at the site.

Moving Foward • Written Comments • Comment period extended to October 28, 2010 • All file documents are available for review at MPCA-St. Paul • Most of the documents are also available from the city • Permit Issuance • Local approvals/permits are a required permit condition • Final determination will be made after all comments are reviewed
