On February 14th, we visited Orchard Primary School in Hounslow, aiming to establish a connection with a nearby school. Hounslow, on the outskirts of London, boasts a vibrant area with a variety of shops, leisure facilities, and diverse cultural landmarks including numerous mosques and temples. Orchard Primary, established in 2008, has 21 classes and a nursery, catering to over 700 children who speak 40 different languages. Both schools share similarities such as PGL trips, school councils, charity fundraisers, and a commitment to welcoming environments.
