Emi Shielding - Protects Sensitive Electronic Devices

EMI Shielding Materials such as graphene absorber are developed for preventing thermal exchange in electronic devices and from the heat transfer that is caused by the different surrounding conditions. This graphene absorber is the most advanced and efficient shielding for the EMI and is best in use.

  1. EMI shielding - Protects Sensitive Electronic Devices

  2. In the last two decades, the development of nanotechnology has reached the next level. This has brought real-life benefits for almost every person on earth. There are many of the new and developed nanotechnologies that are creating real-world benefits, but one of the most demanding and awaited ones is the graphene powdered EMI shielding. • What Is Graphene: • Graphene is single-layer graphite which is made up of carbon atoms. It is an allotrope of carbon that consists of a single atomic layer that is arranged in a two-dimensional hexagonal honeycomb lattice. Its electron mobility makes it a hundred times faster than the silicon. It is also a better conductor of heat as compared to a diamond and 13 times better than copper. These excellent properties of graphene make it a truly advanced nanotechnology, which can be used as a perfect replacement for the existing materials.

  3. Due to its highly conductive nature, EMI shielding is done with the help of armor made of graphene. It is a carbon-based shielding, which provides a silver coating to the sensitive electronic devices and also prevents the EMI and RFI internal leaks.

  4. Here are different types of armors that are used for EMI shielding: • Eco EMI Armor • It is a black and thin graphene powdered armor, which is made to provide mechanical properties like high thermal stability. This carbon-based armor contains silver line coating. It includes eco EMI armor sheets and eco EMI armor paint. Every Armor sheet provides highly conductive thermal solutions. It also possesses corrosion-resistant properties, which makes it a highly durable armor to use in any conditions.

  5. Elite EMI Armor • It is a thin, scratch-resistant, and lightweight conductive sheet produced with the help of graphene and silver-coated copper flakes. It offers EMI shielding properties with excellent thermal conductivity. Its mechanical and structural integrity is stable and provides a perfect shielding to reduce the heat exchange. It is better than the usual conventional foils and meshes.

  6. Elite EMI Armor Paint • It is a two-part polyurethane conductive paint. It can be used for spray-on products such as brushes, rollers and also can be used as a dip-coated for the various surfaces like glass, plastic and metal. This paint provides highly conductive properties and prevents from EMI/RFI.

  7. Ultra Elite Armor Paint This paint is mostly used for modern technologies. It utilizes the conduction and convection for heat dissipation to reduce the thermal exchange. Its chemically and physically strong properties make this paint corrosion-proof and scratch-resistant. It is also used for the heat-sensitive chemical species mostly during a chemical reaction. It makes a strong bond with plastic, metal, glass and textile substrate which helps efficiently to provide the EMI shielding.

  8. Graphene powdered products not only provide excellent EMI shielding but they also prevent sensitive electronic devices from the electromagnetic waves and thermal exchange. These carbon-based shielding products possess a great diversity in terms of their range and the field of applications.
