  2. Open House Celebration It is the beginning of the year at Henson Elementary School and students, teachers and parents are planning an Open House Celebration. At Henson Elementary, there are six classes in each grade level and every class has 27 students. How many students are there at Henson Elementary?

How many students are there at Henson Elementary? • What would be a reasonable estimate for the number of students at Henson Elementary? • 6 grade levels and 6 classes = 36 classes • 27 students in each class • 40 x 30 = 1,200 (estimate)
