STC Charter, Goals, and Objectives Charter • Provide Information Technology and Enterprise Management with comprehensive, vendor-neutral information that will demystify major cloud-related concerns • (such as ensuring adequate security, framing service level agreements, impacts on staffing, and enabling rapid scaling up and down).
