  3. The Husky Way • How we operate: • Preventative exercises done right • Not everyone, all the time - station • Quality of practice, not quantity of practices • Subbing – Remember the last games • Formation/Player Options – Where the team needs you • Player meetings

  4. Our Home: • We create the environment in which we work and play. How do we create the environment we want? • We prepare for each drill, practice, game • We stay focused • We “bounce” during adversity. “It’s not the fact it is how you react!” • We support our teammates on and off the field • We compete hard to make our team better

  7. Fucking Lucky We get to play soccer and compete against great teams. We get to represent Michigan Tech and our soccer program every time we step foot onto the field. We get to play with the best teammates and in front of the greatest fans around. Our families are cheering for us… Let’s give them plenty to cheer about!
