The Bédard Aquatics Center at CRC boasts an Olympic-sized pool, predominantly utilized by the swimming and diving teams during winter. However, the facility remains underused for much of the year, with only occasional lap swimmers and physical education classes. To improve occupancy and appeal, we seek innovative marketing strategies targeting students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the community. A proposed campaign tagline is "Work the Water," aiming to promote a vibrant aquatic lifestyle and diverse recreational opportunities.

The Issue The Bédard Aquatics Center at CRC has an Olympic-sized pool that is primarily used in the winter by the swimming and dividing team. The rest of the year, it is almost empty seven days a week- except for the occasional lonely lap swimmer or students taking required physical education courses. How can we market this facility to students, faculty and staff, alumni, and community members to keep it busier?
