S-3 Shop Operations Tasks and Cadet Social Planning Update

This document outlines the current operations tasks for the S-3 shop, including leadership matrix updates and the use of yellow and blue cards. Yellow cards are due Thursdays by COB, and blue cards by Fridays. Yellow and Blue Cards • Update • Blue and yellow cards are in the lounge on top of mail boxes • Make sure you are filling these out correctly • Yellow cards are due Thursdays NLT COB • Turned into evaluator • Blue cards submitted on Fridays NLT COB • Turned into CDT Laslovich box with yellow card • Any questions see CDT Laslovich

  5. OPORD • Update and briefing • Cadet Social is next week Dec 9th

Cadet Social This will be headed up by the S-6, but I will be writing the OPORD Pizza and a movie at IT 101 (rain) Or Football or soccer or some sort of sport at O'Neill Park and pizza (no rain) Fall in/Accountability 1500-1510 Awards 1510-1530, Food 1530-1600, activities 1600-1730, Dismissal 1730-1750

  7. Who is in charge of food? • Taeckens bring the sports equipment • Did we get lights? • Maj Figlioli is bringing the radio • Uniform is athletic attire and water source • S-4 make sure we get water jugs to the site • S-2 do we have O’Neill Park? • Any other questions or update? Cadet Social
