  2. Don’t feel so blue • Linked to depression and anxiety • Sometimes very overpowering and uncontrollable. • Afraid people will see your weaknesses • Afraid of the outcome

  3. How to manage it • Some people are able to manage their low self-esteem by the help of friends and family • Others need to work with a mental health professional. • Sometimes you just need the support when you believe you do not really need it.

  4. Let’s build a bridge • Building your self-esteem and creating a positive self-awareness comes valuing your own strengths and abilities as a human being.

  5. Being at peace with who you are and what you have to offer the world is a major part of having high self-esteem. • This “inner peace” does not mean that you are unaware of your weaknesses; it merely means that you accept who you are and genuinely like the person you have become.

  6. You should… • pay attention to yourself • Avoid the pitfall of paying too much attention to the happiness andwell-beingof others • become fully aware of your strengths • Give yourself the opportunity to challenge those strengths
