STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT – THE GROUP TASKS

Join us for a collaborative workshop aimed at assessing the strategic context and operating environment for health and wellbeing in Sunderland. Participants will engage in group tasks to evaluate current challenges, identify assets and opportunities, and articulate aspirations for improving health outcomes in the community. Each group will present key findings in a main session, ensuring that everyone's voice is heard. This participatory event is designed to foster strategic thinking and collective action for a healthier Sunderland.

  5. INSTRUCTIONS • Break into groups • Nominate someone to feedback to the main session • Spend 20 minutes on each question • Facilitator will take notes on flip chart • Return to main session • Feedback on the key issues for each question – 10 minutes maximum
